Criteria & Requirements
- An international student (requiring a study permit).
- Currently in your final year of secondary school or have graduated not earlier than June 2020.
- Beginning your studies at the University of Toronto in September 2021 (Students already attending post-secondary studies cannot be considered. Students starting their studies in January 2021 at another post-secondary institution cannot be considered).

In first step you will get an approval or nomination letter from your (High school) for admission in University of Toronto.
You can apply for several programs in the University but you should complete your application for admission by the appropriate deadlines. In case, Pearson Scholarship has been awarded to you, it would be restricted to your first choice of program at UOT, at the time our scholarship decisions are made. In Lester B. Pearson scholarship you can get full tuition fee, free books and residence in your whole academic year but this award is only for undergraduate students.
When University will receive your approval or nomination letter then you will have to submit an application to university. You can complete the Lester B. Pearson Scholarship application form online. The deadline for submitting applications was 21th January, 2021. Now all candidates can apply in November, 2021.
